Sundia unveils two industry firsts: ready-to-eat organic and low-carb, low calorie fruit in "Grab n' Go" cups

Sundia unveils two extensions of its True Fruit™ line - Lite and Organic- both industry firsts, only a few months since the line first debuted in July. The unveiling makes Sundia the only company to offer retailers low carb, low calorie as well as organic fruit cup products.

Consumer demand for healthy food products continue to grow as nutrition experts are encouraging an all-natural diet and cautioning against diets high in sugar and carbs. True Fruit™ Lite and True Fruit™ Organic pack perfectly ripened fruit in Sundia’s proprietary “Grab n’ Go” packaging which features a spork for on-the-go consumers.
Featuring Perfect Peach, Ruby Grapefruit, and Mandarin Orange, True Fruit Lite contains up to 60% less sugar and calories than the original True Fruit. True Fruit Lite will begin shipping to retailers on December 1 at a suggested retail price of $1.79 for a 10.75 ounce cup.
Mango, ruby grapefruit, pineapple, and peach are featured in True Fruit Organic. Shipments to retailers will begin on January 2. Suggested retail price for the 10.75 ounce cups is $1.99.
Thousands of stores nationwide are now offering True Fruit. The products’ popularity with consumers is making it an easy decision for retailers to allocate more space to True Fruit.
